Specialised Health Coaches to guide individuals in managing physical health concerns that may impact mental health, or vice versa—addressing issues such as peri/menopause, gastrointestinal health, chronic pain, skin conditions, sleep disturbances, weight management, and inflammation to name a few.
Wellbeing checks: Did we mention how much we like to work proactively, and that the research agrees? All staff are encouraged to complete a wellbeing check with one of our experienced psychologists, providing a confidential space to assess their mental health and general wellbeing, identify potential stressors, and receive personalised support or resources tailored to their individual needs, so that we can treat their needs early, before they escalate.
A Preventative Approach to Well-being: We prioritise proactive support, intervening early to prevent mental and physical health challenges from escalating. Our focus is on optimising health for long-term sustainability, empowering individuals to lead healthier, more balanced lives.
